The color index of Titanium Dioxide is PIGMENT WHITE 6. It has two crystal types: Rutile and Anatase. 

Type A titanium dioxide has good whiteness but low coloring strength which is generally recommended for indoor applications. 

Type R titanium dioxide has better coloring strength and weather resistance, it is generally recommended for coloring of plastics and coatings application.
